Love these Bagels!! Awesome food great service!!

Love this place good service but most important the bagels are delicious and they have a great variety.

I got a western omelette on a everything bagel. Bagel was super fresh and the omelette was made perfectly. I think I found my new bfast sandwich shop!!

Ordered egg and cheese on a kaiser. Must have only used 1 small egg.

This is one of the best bagel shop I've ever been to. When I go here I get a breakfast bagel with eggs, bacon, and cheese with cream cheese it was one of the best bagel sandwiches I've ever had. If you haven't been here yet you need take a visit.

It is clean, the food is fresh and they have a good selection. Staff is very friendly

MEH at best. If I'm going to splurge on a bagel and cream cheese it needs to be a good one, not mediocre. Coffee is really weak, another strike. Bagels were toasted without being asked. A good bagel doesn't need to be toasted.

Worst service I have ever had, waited 40 mins for a couple bagels with my screaming kid. I will never go here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else. Staff was very rude when I asked for my bagels.

Excellent bagels however we went there 15 minutes prior to closing and we were handed a take out bag. The lady that handed us the bag asked did we even want takeout. We did not and wanted to eat in. The lady spoke to another worker and she said "No, they don't get a choice when they come in 15 minutes prior to closing. I am leaving at 2 unless you want to stay after." Customer service takes a backseat when it comes to leaving early at this restaurant.

Great place for lunch or breakfast excellent food

I had 2 choices in my head this morning and I'm so glad I chose bagel factory. As always, super friendly and quick. Love this place.

Stay away today. There's a cruiser rally and the place is crowded inside and people grouped outside as well. Very few with masks. If you want to follow safe procedures, go somewhere else today.

So yummy! I eat here at least once a week or so and am always so happy. Their Asiago bagels are the best!

Delish bagel sandwichs

My fiancé got the Reuben and said it was the best one he has ever had, and that's saying something because he literally tries a Reuben at every restaurant we've ever been to. His sandwich was huge, and my salmon and cream cheese bagel was the size of my face. Their food was great, and the prices are very fair!

Best breakfast sandwich for the money

We drove by and it didn’t seemed like a good option but DEFINITELY IT WAS. The food was delicious, good price and we liked the staff too. Clean place. They have more than just bagels btw... fries were yummy!

Woman behind counter needs to be trained in customer service? Takes an order wrong, which is not a big deal, but then yells at me with an attitude when I say don’t worry about it, I don’t have time. I’m sorry, but that woman shouldn’t be dealing with customers, and I won’t be back nor do I suggest anyone else goes there unless they like obnoxious, bad service.

Good food, small hometown atmosphere, and good selection. No complaints here! I got a bagel sandwich (egg, cheese and sausage) and then a cinnamon bagel. Good stuff!

Would be a 5 star but the whole time I was sitting & eating my breakfast, the staff was yelling from the front counter to the back kitchen. Not a big deal except it was all complaining about the boss. Not what you want to hear while eating in the establishment

The bagels here are delicious, except for the fact that they are always out of them. How are you going to call yourself a bagel factory when your always out of bagels? I've gone here 4+ times and they've been all out. There should always be plenty of plain, poppyseed, everything, egg, bagels as those are the most popular. But instead every time I go here they only have cinnamon raisin, or other random kinds left. On top of that, the customer service here is terrible!!! Will not return.

Good spot but really crowded and slow coffee service.

I don't normally like bagels, but my wife and I stopped in one morning to check it out. At first I was a little worried. It's a small place in an unfortunate location in Carolina Forest. They have a wide selection.I ordered the Brooklyn Special (lox+cream cheese). It was the best bagel I've ever had, hands down. My wife was also happy with her omelette. Overall: okay atmosphere, good service, great food

Always excellent. There are a few other locations but we always find this one to be the best by far.

My first impression when I walked in was a good one! The unique, neon chalk menus on the wall were fun and surprisingly easy to read- even with the customers' own graffiti (which is also super cute- they had chalk by the register). The service was amazing; the girl at the register was very polite, waited NOT impatiently for my sister and I to peruse the menu, and didn't look at me funny when I asked for a plain, untoasted bagel! Even the cook was awesome, he made sure to tell the girl which bagel was which, instead of just yelling "order up!" and throwing the bags on the counter. I hesitated to go because of all the negative comments on here, but I'm glad I did. I'm a new regular!!

Best bagel out of all the bagel factory’s I’ve had! Yummy bacon egg and cheese everything bagel! Friendly customer service as well!

New management has definitely improved the place. Bagel quality is much better than a few months ago. Service is nice and quick. The lox spread has serious salmon chunks, which is a nice touch. But the spread was a bit too loose for me. Overall it's a great backup spot if Karate Bagels is closed.

The food is great but the service is slow. It's not the girl in the backs fault they are just under staffed. One person in the front and one in the back is not enough for Saturday morning. I have been waiting for 35min plus.... for a bagel with cream cheese.

Got a couple of blt bagel sandwiches, loaded with bacon 😊... Great for breakfast.
